This year the conference examines issues related to technological advances and their impact on democracy and putting special attention to blockchain technology and artificial intelligence (AI) regarding the media, social networks and governance of societies
A few tech giants concentrate data, wealth, and influence, while decentralized networks offer an alternative vision. Is the digital age reinforcing feudal power or enabling citizens’ sovereignty? Panelists analyze global dynamics, innovation ethics, and the politics of technological dependence, among other key political challenges related to AI development.
