Interview with professor Christopher M. Meissner (University of California, Davis & NBER) specialized in Economics History, International Finance & International Trade regarding the actual economic crisis.

UB Economics is a platform that centralizes and coordinates research in economics at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Barcelona (UB). It pools the key strengths of the faculty in three research areas: Growth, Trade and Spatial Economics; Public Economics and Policy Analysis; Behaviour, Games and Risk.

UB Economics offers two postgraduate programs taught entirely in English: the university master's degree in Economics and the doctoral program in Economics. The master's degree is a two-year program designed to provide students with the analytical and quantitative skills they will need to work in the public and private sector or to conduct research. The doctoral program has been distinguished with the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science quality award.
