Mobility Committee
The International Mobility Committee is the coordinating, consulting and advisory body for policies and actions in the field of international student mobility.
It carries out its functions under the impulse of the vice-rectorate responsible for international mobility.
The Committee is made up of the vice-rector responsible for international policy at the UB, who chairs it, the vice-rectors responsible for international mobility at the UB faculties and schools, and the head of the department or office responsible for mobility.
In relation to international student mobility, the International Mobility Committee has the following functions:
- To draw up reports and proposals for action to improve international student mobility.
- To facilitate coordination between those responsible for international mobility in the faculties and schools to which the UB's simultaneous study programmes are affiliated.
- To promote the international mobility of students on national interuniversity programmes in which the UB participates.
- All other powers attributed to it by these regulations or other UB regulations.
The Committee shall operate in accordance with the UB's regulations on collegiate bodies. It may act as a plenary body or in specialised sections depending on the matters it must deal with.
