Yet another year, our proposal of a course for laypeople offered at the University of Barcelona via the (Enjoy UB) programme was quite popular. It is a course divided into three parts which revisits the topic of mediaeval spirituality already addressed in previous editions, but this time from a standpoint more focused on spaces, objects and practices, as well as the archaeological and historical vantage point of the document and archive production (Spaces and landscapes of spirituality in mediaeval Catalonia; Spirituality and mediaeval materiality: A view from archaeology; Reading and writing in the monastery: Spaces, objects and practices in mediaeval and modern Catalonia). The course enables us to disseminate the results of the research project to a broad audience with the participation of a significant number of project members (professors, doctoral candidates, archivists, archaeologists), while bringing together a range of different activities (classes, historical routes, workshops in libraries and heritage archives).
