Deadlines and calendar
Some centers may establish dates different from the official calendar for the submission of applications by non-EU students, so that they have enough time to process the entry visa.
The online acceptance application form will be available starting March 1, 2025 for the 2025-2026 academic year.
FIRST SEMESTER OR ACADEMIC YEAR STAYS:
Your home universities must nominate you at the destination faculty/affiliated center until:
- May 15, 2025 in the case of the Faculty of Biology, the Faculty of Earth Sciences, the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Psychology and CETT (EU Tourism).
- June 1, 2025 for the rest of the centers.
You must send all the required documentation to the destination faculty/affiliated center before:
- May 31, 2025 for the Faculty of Biology, , the Faculty of Earth Sciences, the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Psychology and CETT (EU Tourism).
- June 15, 2025 for the rest of the centers.
Non-EU students are recommended to submit the application sufficiently in advance to process, at origin, the entry visa with the Spanish consular authorities.
The framework calendar for the first semester is:
Academics: from September 15, 2025 to January 30, 2026.
Evaluation: from January 8 to 30, 2026.
Christmas holidays: from December 24, 2025 to January 7, 2026.
SECOND SEMESTER STAYS:
Your home universities must nominate you at the destination faculty/affiliated center before:
- October 15, 2025 in the case of the Faculty of Biology, the Faculty of Earth Sciences, the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Psychology and CETT (EU Tourism).
- November 1, 2025 for the rest of the centers.

- October 31, 2025 in the case of the Faculty of Biology, the Faculty of Earth Sciences, the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Psychology and CETT (EU Tourism).
