This course explores the concepts of experientiality, authenticity, and credence to understand both the shared tools of food and other industries, and the unique dynamics of food businesses. Through case studies and compelling stories from passionate entrepreneurs and chefs, we examine distinctive food products, brands, and services. We also dedicate a module on sustainability that highlights feminist ethics and longstanding inequalities in the food world.
