Quo vadis, Welfare State?

Ció Patxot, XREPP’s director and member of BEAT (Barcelona Economic Analysis Team, UB), ha publicat unajust published an opinion editorial in last Sunday’s La Vanguardia, which clearly explains the imbalance in the present Welfare State systems, in which most benefits are received by the elderly, and the children receive very little contribution.
