The submitted documents must be original copies. Regular photocopies or scanned documents sent by email will not be accepted.

  • Valid ID document:

Spanish students or students registered as residents in Spain: ID or residence card. 

Students from outside the EU: photocopy of the passport .

  • EU students: photocopy of the passport or ID document issued in their country of origin.
  • Original and photocopy of the university degree title, corresponding provisional certificate or confirmation of the request for its issue. Students who completed their previous degree at the UB will only be required to submit their trasncript.
  • Students who request partial or total exemption from the payment of enrolment fees or a reduction in the fee per credit must also submit the supporting documentation stated in the applicable regulations.

  • Issued by an institution within EHEA
  1. Valid ID document.
  2. Original of the university degree title, corresponding provisional certificate or confirmation of the request for its issue.
  3. Original of official certification that the qualification entitles the holder to access master's degree courses in the country of issue.
  4. Payment of the fee for analysing the equivalence of a non-Spanish university degree for admission to a master's degree (€218.15)

 

In some cases documents must be legalized by the appropriate diplomatic channels. 
If the documents were not issued in Spanish, Catalan or English, they must be submitted together with an official translation of the original legalized document in Spanish or Catalan.   • Issued by an institution outside EHEA
  1. Valid ID document.
  2. Request to be authorized to access the master's degree, duly completed and signed.
  3. Original of the university degree title, corresponding provisional certificate or confirmation of the request for its issue.
  4. Original academic certificate with specification of the training achieved (at least the denomination, credits, academic year and the qualification of the subjects passed).
  5. Original of official certification that the qualification entitles the holder to access master's degree courses in the country of issue.
  6. Payment of the fee for analysing the equivalence of a non-Spanish university degree for admission to a master's degree

If you can't submit the original documents in person to the Secretary's Office for Students, you can send certified photocopies by postal mail.

If the documents were issued outside Spain, the certified photocopies must be obtained at Spanish diplomatic missions or consular offices in countries other than Spain.
 

In the case of documents requiring legalization, the corresponding certification or apostille must be attached to the original document, and the interested party must submit a certified copy of the complete document, including all text relating to the legalization procedure.

 

Online enrolment may be completed within the period established for each master's degree.

To access the online enrolment application, you must have submitted all the documents to the Secretary's Office within the period established.

Students with qualifications issued outside Spain will have access to online enrolment after obtaining a favourable decision on their access to the master's degree with non-validated qualifications.

Online enrolment procedures

Once you have submitted the required documents and access to online enrolment is activated for you, you may access online enrolment.

Students required to take bridging courses must complete two enrolment procedures: one for the bridging courses and another one for the master's degree subjects.

Enrolment is divided into two stages.

1st STAGE: The student makes an enrolment proposal, selects the subjects they wish to enrol and presses the button "Send to tutor".

2nd STAGE: The assigned tutor goes through the subject proposal and accepts it, denies it or suggests a change. Next, the tutor sends the application back to the student so that they can finish the enrolment procedure.

At any stage of the enrolmenAt any stage of the enrolment procedure, students may check the status of their application:

  • Begun by student ➡ Press "Send to tutor" so that the application moves on the next stage
  • Sent to tutor➡ Wait for the tutor to send the application back to you
  • Returned to student  ➡ You can now confirm and finalize enrolmentt procedure, students may check the status of their application:

 

When and the application reaches the 2nd stage (with the "Returned to student" status), the student will be asked to select a payment option for their enrolment.

Once enrolment is finished, students may print the enrolment form, complete the payment or download the receipt and access MónUB.
