Calendar of nominations and applications
The online nominations form will be available from 1 March 2025 for the academic year 2025 - 2026.
FIRST SEMESTER STAYS OR ACADEMIC YEAR:
The time frames for student nominations are:
- 15 May 2025 in the case of:
- Facultat de Biologia.
- Facultat de Ciències de la Terra.
- Facultat d'Economia i Empresa.
- Facultat d'Educació.
- Facultat de Psicologia.
- CETT (E.U. de Turisme).
- 1 June 2025:
- For the rest of the faculties.
The time limits for students to submit the application documentation are:
- 31 May 2025 in the case of:
- Facultat de Biologia.
- Facultat de Ciències de la Terra.
- Facultat d'Economia i Empresa.
- Facultat d'Educació.
- Facultat de Psicologia.
- CETT (E.U. de Turisme).
- 15 June 2025:
- For the rest of the faculties.
Extra-Community students are advised to submit the application well in advance to process, at source, the entry visa with the Spanish consular authorities on time.
SECOND SEMESTER STAYS:

To make nominations for more than 10 students you can fill the next EXCEL and send it to relint@ub.edu.
