Online acceptance application: data registration, procedures and documents

Online acceptance application form at the UB
Once you have been selected and nominated by your home university to carry out a temporary stay at the UB, you must fill out the online acceptance application form that corresponds to the exchange modality of your stay. Once completed, you must print a copy for future procedures.
Previous considerations
- The registration of data using this form does not imply acceptance as a student temporarily staying at the UB. It will be necessary for you to complete the procedures established by the acceptance procedure established in your exchange modality.
- Please check the Academic Information section before filling out the online form.
- You must fill out the form in CAPITAL LETTERS.
- If after registering your data you detect an error and you want to make a modification and reprint the application, you must contact the person responsible for international mobility at the center you have applied to. They will respond to tell you that they have modified or canceled your previous request and, if they do cancel it, they will inform you that you can now register your data again.
- If you have already registered and confirmed your data, you can print your online acceptance request again by entering the request code on the initial screen of the form.
- Non-EU students must complete all the necessary acceptance procedures well in advance to avoid delays in visa processing that prevent them from arriving in Barcelona on the scheduled dates.
Language requirements
The UB requires a B1 as a minimum level of knowledge in at least one of these three languages (Catalan, Spanish or English), depending on the teaching language of the chosen subjects.
For more information, contact the international mobility manager of the center for which you have applied.
