The aim of this session is for current master’s students MSc Business Research to gain firsthand insights from peers who have completed the same programme, as well as from faculty members, about their experiences. This includes the decision-making process behind pursuing a doctorate, as well as their experiences during the programme and in the years following the completion of their doctoral studies.

This seminar introduces the application of project management (PM) principles to research projects. It discusses different types of research projects and presents traditional and agile tools to support their planning and execution. Practical exercises are used to help participants reflect on how PM can improve the organization and effectiveness of their research activities.
