The aim of this sub-line of research is to recognize survival patterns, by the populations who inhabited the Olduvai Gorge area (northern Tanzania), through the reconstruction of the vegetation and the landscape, during the time Homo habilis, Paranthropus boisei and later on, Homo ergaster visited the area.
